Delhi-Haridwar

Arriving at Delhi Railway Station/Airport, we will move on our first leg of the journey to Haridwar. Upon reaching here, you will get to stay at the hotel and relax. Afterwards, we will visit Mansa Devi Temple, Anandmai Ashram, PwanDham Temple, Vaishno Devi Temple & Bharat Mata Mandir. In the evening, we will get to see the Ganga Aarti at the Har ki Pauri for ganga Aarti.

Barkot

Our destination for the Day 2 is Barkot. Scenic hill station surrounded with natural beauty, Barkot is located at the confluence of Yamuna and Tons Rivers. The place is also popular for Surya Kund where devotees take the ritual dip to remove all sins. We will drive to Barkot via Dehradun & Mussoorie. Night stay is at the Hotel.

Yamunotri

Day 3 awaits the first of the important pilgrim of our tour – Yamunotri. We will start our trek to Yamunotri fron Janki Chatti. The temple devoted to Goddess Yamuna and the holy thermal spring at Janki Chatti are the major attractions. The 2 hot springs of Surya Kund & Gauri Kund are a tourist spot. One can cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping in the hot water. Later drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Uttarkashi

The ancient town of Uttarkashi is located on the banks of river Bhagirathi. Amid boasting a variety of flora and fauna, this town is full of ashrams and dharmshalas occupied with tourists round the year. Dodi tal lake, nachiketa tal, shakti temple are the many places to visit here.

Gangotri

Day 5 is the day to bow before the sacred river of India – Ganges. Situated near the mouth of origin, Gangotri is the holy place being worshipped by thousands of pilgrims. Shri Gangotri Dham is the sacred temple made of white granite structure attracting devotees.

Rudraprayag

Next day, post breakfast in the morning, we reach Rudraprayag. This place is most famous for presence of Mandakini And Alaknanda. Agastmuni cave temple, Koteshwar temple, Vasuki tal, sonprayag and gauri kund are the major places to visit here.

Kedarnath

Day 7 brings us to the most sacred pilgrimages of Lord Shiva situated in Garhwal region in Uttarakhand. As one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, Kedrnath Dham is in the lap of the majestic mountain peaks of Himalayas. Natural beauty and religious ambience add to the sacredness of the place. The mesmerizing sceneries of the snow-fed mountains, rhododendron forests, and splendid environment make this place truly enchanting.

Kedarnath – Rudraprayag

On day 8, early in the morning, we start our journey back to Rudraprayag. While trekking down, we will stay for a while at Gaurikund. Later, we will drive to Rudraprayag via Guptkashi. Night Halt at Rudraprayag.

Badrinath

New day has a new start. And so we reach the Badrinath Dham. Devotees arrive here to get salvation and redemption from sufferings. Lying between Nar and Narayan mountain ranges, the temple with Garbhagriha, Sabha-Mandap and Darshan-Mandap is a holy place to pray for Lord Vishnu’s imposing one meter tall structure.

Joshimath

Founded by Adi Guru Sri Shankaracharya, ‘Jyotir Math’ is a sacred place for Hindu pilgrims. Badrinath or the The God Vishnu reside here in winter when the upper hill temple is closed. Several other religious sites here are the Hanuman, Gaurishankar and Naudevi and Surya. Joshimath also serves as the base for trekking expedition to the famous Valley of Flowers and Hemkund. Auli, in winters, becomes adventure hub with ice skiing being the popular sport here.

Rishikesh

On 14th day of our journey, we will reach Rishikesh. This city is equally popular among pilgrims and tourists for its temples and hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, river sports. It is a great place to meditate and study yoga. Over the river Ganga is the Laxman Jhula point for treks to Himalayan pilgrimage centres such as Badrinath, Kedarnath , Gangotri, Yamnotri. Neelkantha Mahadev Temple is also an important shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Rishikesh – Delhi

On the final day, you will be driven back to Delhi and from where you can board your respective flight / train from the Delhi airport / railway station.
